Less than two blocks from the Laureles gourmet street with all the best restaurants and a few minutes walk from the first and second park of Laureles. Supermarkets, gym, and much more close by. The area is flat, so it's easy to walk around. The apartment has a very FAST 200 MBPS Wi-Fi. No parties or smoking.

9th floor apartment, located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Medellin. Building has 24-hour concierge, café, co-working space, and several restaurants. Building has a shared roof top terrace and gym. There is also restaurants in the building (on the first floor), as well as a co-working space (at an additional fee) on the 3rd floor. Only small to medium sized pets allowed per the building regulations. Sofa bed dimensions: 1.32 cm wide x 1.80 cm long.
