Enjoy a unique stay on the 10th floor in this modern apartment with spectacular view of Laureles. Centrally located w/ a sound proof balcony door in the master bedroom (the bedroom facing the street). This apartment features three balconies (living room, master, and one of the other bedrooms).
Very close to a high end large grocery store, between the two laureles parks, and a 5 minutes walk from all the best restaurants in the area. Plus, the area is completely flat, ideal for walking and exploring comfortably. Perfect for your next visit to Medellín! On the 2nd floor of the building there a shared hot tub as well at fitness center!

The area is very walkable with everything you might need within walkable distance. AC works, internet works so really a very pleasant stay that met our expectations.”
